Big O Tires

I asked them if they were able to service my car's air conditioner. I was told "yes" and also decided to get an oil change. I was there about 2.5 hours waiting for this. After this was finished they told me it was done and was offered no explanation of what the did. After getting in my car I had to drive to Denver and found the my air conditioner still did not work. Now I'm still stuck roasting in my car with no air conditioner. Thanks for nothing.

Staff need to be more educated and communicate well. I was told I didn’t have warranty on my tires when I know for sure I bought warranty on all 4 of my tires. I then needed one to be replaced and they would not honor my warranty.

Nothing! Great experience

Very rude personnel, no customer service skills, no communication, no organization etc. Horrible service overall! After service was completed. Employees forced old tires in the box if my vehicle damaging some of my personal equipment I had storage on the back!

It would be nice if my vehicle and personal items were returned to me in the same condition as when I dropped it off!

Went in for 2 new rear tires and an oil change. Car came back with 4 new tires, not the brand I ordered and no call from Big O and an oil change that cost almost $200!

Employees at the front office extremely disrespectful, impatient zero customer service skills they even looked annoyed to help with questions about the service. I’m not coming back to that location ever again

I had two tires installed and breaks checked because they installed them improperly a month ago and my car was shaking. They said they would call back when they knew what was going on or my car was done, they never called. When I called in no one had any idea what was going on, I was told they would figure it out and call back.... no call. A week later I have my car back but my breaks are STILL messed up. This is a safety issue and what concerns me the most is, this same thing happens EVERY TIME I bring my car into this location. Each time I have to bring it back because they messed something up, like clockwork. I do not understand how a business can be run so poorly and still stay open. Every time anything gets done here I have to go to another mechanic to have it fixed. It’s unfortunate that I bought my tires here and have to come back for the free rotations.

I got there at 7:07 to get a small leak in my tire fixed, 3,5 hour wait quoted and accurate but my tire was not fixed as it was flat the next day. The service was horrible and I don’t think they even touched my car. Not to mention I got charged, only reason I went to big o is because minor leaks are free. At no time communication that it was not. Guy was flustered at check out, other customers yelling just and overal mess. I left a message to demand a refund and will take my business elsewhere even though I bought rims and tires there over the last 12 years, I’m done for good, they find customers an inconvenience at that store.
