Tires were rotated but tire inflation was never checked and off. Was told alignment was needed bc it was very bad. When I received my car the steering pulled a lot. The steering wheel had to be pointed at 3:00 on clock scale to go straight. I was told oh we may have forgot something or it aligned incorrectly. I was at the big o from 10:20 to 3:30 to get what was to be done quickly.

I have to take my car to another shop the service light came on the next day . I had to wait extra two days for my car to be ready because your mechanic broke my purge valve had to wait for the parts to come in.

I went in for a tire rotation and ended up waiting for 2 hours. I walked into an empty shop and not a single person walked in during my 2 hour wait outside the shop. I wasn't given a wait time and waited another 15 minutes for the guys to get my car after I paid. I am extremely frustrated.

There is no words to discriminate the way they did . The workers raise the truck up on the lift with me in it took the tires off and left for lunch. Did not have any tire sensors so I have to get some and go back. Horrible service not why your in business

Associate did not have new tires aligned. Took another day to get alignment done. I had to ask for alignment after realizing it was not completed upon picking up car. 2 days for new tires and alignment. Poor communication. No phone calls. Came in a week prior to order new tires and schedule appointment. Although, this location doesn’t do appointments. First come first served. Customer service could be greatly improved by set customer expectations. Under promise, over deliver. This place needs help.

you can not make appointment ahead of time. Arrived at 7:20 Was told car would be ready at 12:30 and they would call when car was ready. I called at 1PM to see if car was ready. They do not answer phone. Left message they say will get back to you next day. What good is that when car should be ready no way to find out why car is not ready. I picked my car up at 6PM that night totally un acceptable.

the experience would have been just ok if the mask incident didn't happen. first they or did not make an effort to get my van done as i was the only one waiting there. they said after the tire job it went in line for an oil change, after about an hour i asked, they said it was third in line, this was 4pm. after an hour or so i asked again he checked with the guy soing it and said they would try to get it in after the next one. that tells me i was not told the correct info at first and when i brought it up at the end, while he was checking me out and having a problem doing it, he explained it was just the order and no one made a mistake. He wasn't very sympathetic but that would have been ok. But while i was waiting for the 3.5 hours i was there none of the employees was wearing a mask or using sanitizer or washing their hands. I was to cold to sit outside so not knowing it would take so long I had to stay in the building. they also let two customers in not wearing masks and let them stay in the waiting room. I said something when 5 guys from the bay came without masks and stood around me. then they made fun of me and were very belligerent. I said i would tell manager tey laughed.

I called them for appointment they said first come first serve, I drove there for fixing my flat tire, they said they gonna check for they can make it or not, it was 2 pm, I was waiting outside after 2 hours my car was still parking spot then I called Uber and went to home, they told me they gonna call me or text me, I was at home waiting for call, nobody called me back, it was 5;45 they were about to close I called Uber again went there, there were kinda closed, I find the guy to ask my car and they surprised they said which car? I said red Crv, they tried to find a car and they find somebody in service for ask my car, service said tire can not repairable, I said it’s okay but why you didn’t tell me anything ?! I wait more than 4 hours for nothing and if I never go there for checking my car I never gonna tak my car back for that night, and the other surpris is when I get my keys back, I went my car and my WINDOWS WAS OPEN!?, I was like what the hack! If I never take my car back my car might be STOLEN or get damage by somebody l?! It’s kinda brand new car 10k miles on it, they don have any responsibility, especially the lady who trying to taking care with me,

only 1 associate was wearing a mask however the mask was not covering nose, none of the customers inside where following guidelines as well. When asked one customer indicated I am not ill, I don't have to abide by the national requirement. When confronted the associates they all indicated that they do not have to because they have the plastic barriers that "protect them" except they all walk about and it is not entirely enclosed walking up from the service bay without a mask nor face shields. I am very disappointed with the selfish act. I am a nurse, I wear a mask and face shield 12 hours/day 6 days/week. there is absolutely no medical excuse to not use a mask. none not asthma, not claustrophobia, COPD, autoimmune dx. nothing. If this wasn't the only "chain" in town I would never utilize the services again.

New tires and alignment were performed. Drive car home and found serious wobble. Brought back in the next day and associates were very rude about fixing the problem. Waited for 1.5 hours even though they said they would rebalance my tires next. Finally done and then just treated me rudely again. Drive home and the wobble is still there. There was no wobble with my old tires so I know something went wrong in the process. Also checked my tire air pressures With a digital gauge when I got home and they were 35, 39, 40, and 45. Paperwork said all 4 were set at 35. The quality of work and rudeness of the associates is astoundingly bad.
