Big O Tires

New tires and alignment were performed. Drive car home and found serious wobble. Brought back in the next day and associates were very rude about fixing the problem. Waited for 1.5 hours even though they said they would rebalance my tires next. Finally done and then just treated me rudely again. Drive home and the wobble is still there. There was no wobble with my old tires so I know something went wrong in the process. Also checked my tire air pressures With a digital gauge when I got home and they were 35, 39, 40, and 45. Paperwork said all 4 were set at 35. The quality of work and rudeness of the associates is astoundingly bad.

No communication among staff. Highly unorganized and generally incompetent. I have been a customer of Big O for over twenty years, servicing multiple vehicles. I rather drive to Denver than ever deal with the frustration of this very sad operation

I took a tire in to be repaired, for a 3rd time. I explained to the associate that it had a plug thanks asked that it be double checked to see if it needed to be replaced due to the multiple repairs to the same issue. I dropped the tire off in Tuesday and did not hear back as promised I checked Wednesday and I was told they would call me back in 15 minutes. I again I did not hear back from them. On Thursday I spoke with Patrick, it think was his name and he was able to help resolve the issue and called me as promised. The tired ended up being replaced and I was told the tire would be ordered and at the store by 9:00 am on Friday no went to the shop at 4:30 that afternoon and the tire has still not been mounted and balanced. In fact, my tire was still outside where I had seen it on Wednesday and Thursday. The tire was finally ready at 5:30 pm. A bit frustrating it took nearly a week to get fixed and when I stopped by Friday afternoon all of the associates were out back smoking.
