In January 2024, the Dealership in Denver drove my new car up to me without studded snow tires because they couldn't get service on the front range to install them, so I had the dealership drive the car directly to Big-O! I called earlier that day and the technicians said that yes, they can have studded snow tires the right size installed that day. Perfect! I've been going to Leadfoot Linda's with my old car the last 6 years, but not anymore! Yesterday I called to ask if Big-O had time to switch my tires out to the summer set I have, and they said c'mon over we will get it done in a few hours! I drove over at 10:40, dropped off the car with the technician who checked me in and remembered my car in the system. I was just reading my book in the waiting room and at 11:10 they called me over and said my car was completed! Absolutely wonderful service, and they had coated the interior of my drivers seat with plastic to keep the white leather clean.

Had oil change and tire rotation and balance. They found front end slightly out of alignment and corrected.
