Big O Tires

the short Hispanic girl with a pixie cut and tattoos on her neck drives like a maniac. The day before my service I called complaining about her after being harassed and her speeding on Highway 6, a very big location for pedestrians. I pulled over in the parking lot to confront her reckless driving and she continued to cuss me out with every name in the book. she claimed she had to pee at your business which was closed. The next day when I was in for my service, she came in with a dog. I would love to come back but not with someone like this part of the team. I felt unsafe and it somewhat ruined my view of the shop which is disappointing as this is the only shop close to me.

The techs checked my tires for slow leaks, found none. The reset my TPMS .

The desk associates were very friendly and courteous. Their timing was accurate. The tire mechanic was friendly and efficient. Overall service was excellent.

Professionalism and knowledge of the people

Found the tires and made an appointment online. Dropped off my vehicle and they suggested an oil change. It was needed so I agreed. All was done very timely and tires look and ride great.

I came in one time after a long hike with a dog and wife with a flat tire. The people at big O didn’t know me and I had never done business. It was almost closing time and I was stuck. They fixed my flat and had 2 tired people and dog out the door in 15 mins. Big O had a customer for life. I bring my car whenever I have a need and I am in town to big o. Can’t ask for better customer service and this trip was no different.
