Went smoothly

I coasted into Big O Tires when my serpentine belt broke on my way to the Eagle-Vail community. A technician was summoned to jump my electrical system and drive the car into a bay. Joel Jimenez was very responsive to seeing that I was fully aware of what they were looking at to determine what the problems were. All costs were fully conveyed to me after problems were assessed.

I was thrilled to see Bill vack at Big O Avon!!! Joel, and his crew have always been amazingly helpful, and run that shop like it was their own business. We have always purchased our tires and have all the oil changes done there, while getting the tires rotated. I am very pleased they take the time to answer the phones now, instead of that recording, that said "we will call you back" I live in Eagle, which is a 20 minute drive so, I always call ahead to see how long the wait is. The Avon Big O team is very honest on how long the wait will be. I believe there is not a better customer service team of employees than at Big O Tires, in Avon, Colorado.

They were able to locate my records, greeted me with a smile, discussed road conditions in the mountains in a friendly and knowledgeable way, they were courteous and right on time. When I had a question, the attendant went out to my car with me to check and make sure everything was done for me. What a delight!

I go to BigO tires because of Denis. Nobody knows tires and customer service like him. He always takes care of whatever I need, he's highly knowledgeable, courteous and offers me the best available deals. I drive an hour and a half from Fairplay to Avon because of the high quality service he consistently offers.

I was there for Alignment, no required appointment; I check in a rushed other places, was full schedule for at least 5 days, I show up next day at 6:12, they opened at 7:00, get in and out in 1.5 hours, maybe sooner, if the technician didn't sick that day, but I'm really happy
