We actually were at Dollar, but it was combined with Thrifty. When they didn't have our chosen car, they worked hard to find a car to accommodate us.

Used them before and loved them. However if I reserve a vehicle I expect it to be there. Not completely out of vehicles

Good service. Only problem was the car I chose online was nothing like the car I received. Also I was charged more than the expected amount from online.
