It was good..

Not enough staff check in on show, people talking and texting

There was sound but no picture..the preshow ended, 6 different people from theater went told management. We waited and waited, 20 minutes AFTER movie was to start the concession manager said i was just told!! Passing the buck, no resolve, no ways to compensate for inconvience other than a refund! Disgusted, wont ever return!!! My entire family will drive to mamteca or livermore from now on..terrible
