My only complaint is about the Cinemode APP. Compared to AMC, it does nothing. I cant view trailors, no free movie tickets, etc.

The seats were too close in the front section. It is an absolute wrong to sell seats in a theatre that aren't able to provide appropriate viewing. They are the same price and we arrived early but could not see the whole movie.
