Thomas was extremely helpful in arranging my stay AND making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Because of him I am extremely satisfied!

Please inform future guests there are no elevators, I'm a smoker therefore was on 3rd floor, I'm elderly and had some difficulty getting to room
