cleaning staff was rude they knocked on my door for room service and I told them no thank you but they opened the door anyway and I told them no again and they both still came in and tried to take my towel and I have to tell them no about 6 more times for them to get out of my room. not to mention I was in bed with out a shirt on. very rude of them not to accept my no

Great hotel

Went out of town to a concert and a lot of hotels were full due to the concert and the football game. The hotel was cheaper but a good stay for the night.

For what we paid it was good

Priceline was very untrue with the promotion which I didn't know about until after the rooms was purchased and I couldn't cancel or get a refund.
