When I arrived at the Residence Inn around 9:00pm, I found that I had been bumped due to this hotel over selling. Nobody hD attempted to call me to inform me. When I challenged the associate at the front desk, she stated they had no way to reach me. However, later that night I did receive an email from them, so they do have some information where they could have attempted to reach me. This is the second time this has happened to me at this hotel. Very poor service!
