Ramada Denver Midtown

This place needs some serious updating. I thought we were booking an actual hotel. A hotel, by my definition, means the rooms are accessible from a hallway, not the outside. The main part of this place is a hotel. However, I was put up in the unattached back part which was accessed by the street. I immediately felt unsafe. The shower head is too low, even for me at 5'8", and it's off center. I was leaning on the wall, bending over, to wash my hair. The only plug to charge my phone is located on the side of the dresser. I use my phone for my alarm. I couldn't let it charge next to the bed. The heat kicks on and it's very loud. There is no fan in the bathroom. I'm glad the sheets were clean. My boss stayed in a different room. He froze the first night because there was no heat. He asked me to come help him find the thermostat that the front desk claimed was on the wall. There is none. Maintenance came. It's a light switch! A switch. Up is for heat on. Down is off. No temperature control. Just on or off. There is a wad of toilet paper in the peep hole of his door. And where there had been a fan in the bathroom, there's just a hole in the ceiling. This place is disgusting.
