I found blood spots on the hand towels and it was obviously post washing because when I got the towel wet most of it rinsed out. I was also unable to take a shower because the water was ice cold... it was 6am so it was probably not because a lot of guests were using the showers. would have mentioned it to the front desk but no one was around from 630-715am
