We ran into a couple problems but they were quickly resolved. The stay was great and very relaxing. would definitely recommend.

It was clean but dated. Parts were 'shopworn.' The staff definitely did the best they could. Some were incredibly helpful- like the breakfast attendant girl. She was great! They couldn't quite get it together with towels and housekeeping but they always brought if we asked. My son loved the pool and slide. The bar was fun and reasonable. Karaoke was a high point! The food was good. Thanks!

Tall water slide looked like a lot of fun. Tables and everything we're very clean. Some repairs were being made to stairs with minimum construction noise. You could tell the man repairing them did not want to be a disturbance.

seemed clean, but very dated and somewhat rundown. shower was gross.

the whole experience has been a big mess. We waited in the lobby for 3 hours for our room to be ready, our rooms air conditioner didn't work, we rented5 rooms for a softball tournament and each one of the rooms had an issue.

exceedingly unfriendly and unhelpful customer service experience. front desk and general manager rude and inflexible. bathroom mildew issue. pool was murky. hot tub was lukewarm.

car got broken into. no one in restaurant to take orders.
