This is an older hotel, it is in serious NEED of major renovations. The bed was not firm but very hard, and the pillows had no give to them. Overall I had good interactions with the staff. I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights and the bartender gave poor service the first night. I would only return to this hotel if there was another training or conference there. Then I would consider staying somewhere else. :(
