Ramada Pigeon Forge South

This hotel a couple of times. The staff are very kind and it is pet friendly and clean. The hotel is in a good location.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I had a great experience while visiting Pigeon Forge.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Inn Pigeon Forge TN. We had a great time. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very close to everything we wanted to do a convenient location. We stayed at this hotel last Thanksgiving and we were very pleased and wanted to stay again this year for Christmas and New Year's.

The sink in the room was very scratched and worn. The hotel did not have elevators and the ramps you had to walk up smelled like smoke. The wifi did not work

Nice place but so many people there you couldn't find a table to sit at for breakfast in the morning. No flavored creamer for all the different kinds of coffee they had. Only half and half...yuk! Room was clean but carpet kinda dirty.

I enjoyed my actual stay in pigeon forge but the ramada inn was just ok next time I visit I would prefer a different hotel
