When I looked it up online it seemed a lot nicer than it turned out to be. I thought I had read on the website that there would be a kitchenette in each room but that proved to be untrue. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we first go there we had a lame in our room that didn't work so I informed the front desk and just as I got back up to my room the maintenance was there to check the lamp. It turned out to be a wiring problem and so the lamp was replaced the next day while we were out.

The front desk staff was rude. The hotel was advertising free breakfast on their website but was charging $9.95 plus tax per person for the breakfast. Had no hot tub and the shower floor was crooked. The free internet only allowed you to login for probably 5 minutes at a time before it kicked you off. Poor experience.

My room smelled of cigarette smoke yet it was a non smoking room. I also asked for a blanket multiple times and was told they didn't have any and to use the one in my room. There was not one in my room which is why I asked. Dining room was absolutely freezing
