Had an odd experience with room service. Had flowers on my tray but took them away because "I was a man". They were only for women.

Great place to stay

Had awful experiences with all workers. The concierge was busy and took down my name and number but never called me about scheduling a cab, when I booked my own service I got harassed for not using the hotels preferred cab company. No towels were left. There was a cop that followed my group of young ladies up 3 flights of stairs for no apparent reason
