First time staying here.. Got the jr suite. Love the room. & love the front lobby & pool. But when we checked in the room wasn't ready & the front lady was a lil rude about it. Besides that we've enjoyed our stay

All was good except the parking. Parking fees and limited space . We had to park far and had lots of luggage .

Cleanliness and service opportunities. I feel bad for the people working here. Not enough staff = bad service
