Our family likes this hotel because of the amenities that come with the room. We had an issue with our comforter for the pull out bed being dirty, but we were able to receive another one. I didn't think I should have to walk to the front to pick it up myself but it wasn't such a big deal. Just glad there wasn't any issues with me getting a clean comforter after finding one that was that dirty.

Pool and hot tub need some cleaning and need to keep pool towels stocked and have some place to put dirty/wet towels
