I visited for a bachelorette sleep over and the desk called us twice prior to 10pm about noise :( we were just laughing and talking.... So this soured our visit.

The people upstairs sounded like they were bowling much of the night and started up early in the am! There was paint on the curtains, black stuff on the carpet, and the handrail to the parking lot was extremely loose!
