Great hotel

We requested a 1st floor non-smoking room, they stuck us in a smoking room on the 2nd floor. It stunk!!! The staff acted like they did us a favor to give us a room at all. They called the manager and handed us the phone, Fred.. Told us too bad, that's why you shouldn't go through Hotels.com, they were going to charge us where we stayed or not. I will never stay at a Baymont Hotel again!
