front desk could be nicer

I usually like this hotel chain but this particular building had very thin walls and a group of loud people that were talking in the hallways in till three or four in the morning and I couldn't sleep. I think it would behoove the hotel to make a policy that all conversation must take place in rooms after 11 PM

They didn't have waffle mix for the morning breakfast so it was a bit disappointing
