The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly at check in and at breakfast. However, the person later in the evening was very unfriendly and didn't help with our needs. We requested a blanket and extra towels. She said she was the only one on duty and it would be an hour and a half before she could get around to it. That would be 10:30 pm. Never came. Called and asked again. Never showed. Talked to her again the second night and she was again very unfriendly.
