Best Western Kansas City Inn

The room was nice and clean

Staff was not friendly at all. Building was ok but lacking detail in almost every aspect. I felt the staff really didn't care if anyone walked in the door.

I Dont use this hotel for personal use I have to pick ppl up for work from this location!

its a hotel nothing outstanding!!

Toilet didn't flush properly, rooms need updating, bedding was poor, air didn't work well and hotel clerk was not very friendly.
