Maids did not clean the room during our stay. Had to keep calling for towels since they did not put enough in the room in the first place and it took three calls and 12 hours to get towels. Lots of dirt in the hallways and on tile floors. Beds were comfortable and shower had lots of water pressure. Worst issue was upon checkout, they charged is a different price than our online printout showed. They said that was not the correct rate and I had to argue that I reserved the room for that specific rate. The manager had to get involved and after more discussion, he credited to overcharged amount.
