I had a 2 hour wait for an oil change even though I had an appointment. I was given a free oil change because of the wait.

The guy told me I needed synthetic oil when I was there two prior times in the last year and they never told me that. The only reason I went to this location is because I had a groupon. I won't be going back after two terrible experiences.
