The Philadelphia zoo is fantastic. It's well kept and just a fun family day. If I had one complaint. The staff working stands are not friendly or efficient. I waited 10 minutes for a hotdog and over 10 for cotton candy later in the day. Staff should have some customer service training and i think you'd be much better off.

Great renovations made it interactive and allows for better viewing. Most of the animals were out. Halloween event was fun for kids

Friendly staff but a lot of the animals were asleep or exhibit was temporarily closed.
