Registration staff (Sue) was nice. Check out guy (Wayne) was super. I was in a supposed handicap room but it wasn't any different than other rooms. The bath chair that was provided for me broke. I fell in tub.

The lady was kinda rude to me, no toilet paper and had hair in the tub!!! Gross.
