This is one of the oldest hotels in Pigeon Forge, but one of the nicest for a family stay. We have been visiting the Smoky Mountains since the 1960's, but had never stayed at this hotel. We have passed it hundreds of times and commented on how nice and neat it always looked, but, for no particular reason, we had never chosen this hotel before. OH, HOW GLAD I AM THAT WE FINALLY STAYED HERE! This is a "hidden gem" among the larger resort hotels on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Newly updated rooms, awesome hot breakfast, friendly and hospitable staff, reasonable prices, and a comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Great hotel/inn as far as cleanliness, friendliness, and amenities. The bed felt like a wood-chip mattress over a metal board, and the complementary breakfast eggs had the consistency of gelatin. Other than that, though, it was fairly nice.

Breakfast was lacking and overcrowded. Room was clean but had a weird odor. Staff was courteous.
