Please have ALL televisions in your hotel have closed captioning feature in every room and closed captioning in your breakfast buffet room on at all times. Thank you for letting me borrow the manager's remote control for my hotel room to turn on my closed captioning, even when the "CC" on the room remote feature didn't work. Please look into this as part of an ADA accommodation, title III. Thank you.
