Staff was friendly, helpful and informative despite the rainy weather. We were especially excited when a keeper offered for us to join a group of flamingos being walked around the premises.

None of the animals were out because it was night time during the Festival of Lights.

Had a great time! Took my 5 year old to see the exhibits and stayed for Festival of Lights. Had an amazing time and headed out right as the crowds were entering.
