Room was great. Staff was not as friendly/welcoming as I would have liked, but perhaps it had just been a rough day.

best western is our favorite hotel chain, but we felt this room was not up to par. visible water damage in bathroom and dirt between couch cushions.

Good service. We paid for adjoining rooms and they did not have anymore though.
