The worker we spoke with on the phone was rude. And she told us the check in age was 18 & when we arrived it was 21. The desk worker worked with us though.

Room had broken air conditioner and did not have another room available. Did fix air conditioner on the second day.

Terrible! Lost our reservation the first night! Air conditioning didn't work in one of our rooms. The only good thing I have to say is the lady that cleaned our rooms was very friendly as opposed to the rest of the staff!
