Best Western Bay Harbor Hotel

I absolutely loved my stay. The view, the price, the staff, the rooms, the convenience; it was all pretty much perfect! I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Best Western!

very accomodating and beautiful view

We had a bad experience with the person in the room next to us, she was drunk and disorderly, but the manager moved us to the top floor and upgraded our room!! Which was very nice

Was supposed to have early check in so I could shower before meetings but told when I got there they don't do that. That always makes a difference to me when traveling if I can check in by noon instead of 3. Very disappointing.

Customer service was truly awful. Staff were extremely unhelpful and slow.

Nice rooms and although we didn't get to water front view it was still good. The pool is very nice and the restaurant is convenient and very entertaining. The guest services were not that great and the housekeeping was a bit rude.

Clean and convenient

good place, but shower bar was rusted out,and I fell and had to go to hospital. I was not told sorry or offered a refund or free stay.
