Hotel is very nice. Renovated rooms are beautiful. Staff go above and beyond.

Hotel has potential; renovated facilities, rooms, etc. The staff is the biggest drawback. 1. We get to our room upon arrival. We found the room was not cleaned. Only the beds were made, but the sheets were dirty. 2. The room was CLEARLY not dusted it vacuumed. We found pins and hair accessories on the surface by the window. 3. There was visible trash under the table. 4. We also found a lot of hair in the shower. Pretty disgusting and disappointed that we had to clean the room we were paying to stay at. 5. We also ordered room service. The plates and tableware were extremely old and overused. But the food really turned us down. Because of it we didn't go to the hotel's restaurant as we had planned on doing. 6. The Internet service is so slow, it improve unusable; even for simple work email. We work in the hotel industry, and know what to expect depending where you stay at. We were not expecting "5-star" treatment, but for a Hilton, we were expecting a little better experience. It truly seemed that we were staying at a much much lower brand name hotel. Our next stay in Philadelphia will be elsewhere.
