I was visiting a guest but am told they had an issue getting bath towels in their room. She also commented that this room had a strange shape and was smaller than a previous room she'd stayed in at this same hotel.

Nice hotel!

I've stayed at this hotel many times and each time I do I'm not impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. They are in desperate need of updating and the bathroom isn't very appealing to look at.

No good but not bad. Could be cleaner and a better atmosphere, seemed to be that the employees were to much into conversations vs being friendly, outgoing and making the relationship (experience) more personal.

I can not believe the rate here. My room was dirty and had stained carpets. I would be very upset if I were paying for this stay.

This hotel is old and run down. Not reflective of the area. Rooms are clean but paint is chipping and decor is old and tired. And no hot water to wash hands in the bathrooms near the ballrooms!
