Got there early to have first choice. They didn't open store until 43 minutes late--someone got there to open door. An employee was there by 8:00am but didn't have keys to open. Should have received some type of special, credit, overtime--something but nothing :\

Such a great experience. All the employees are nice & helpful. I always get picked up by them & the gentleman that gives me the ride is so pleasant & courteous. They make sure I'm satisfied--which I am.

I always make reservations ahead of time to make sure they'll have a car. But 3 out of 5 times they don't. Yesterday they only had a very small, compact car or a huge gas guzzler--neither of which I reserved. The employee had a very crude behavior.

The car was not ready at the pick up time I had selected on line and I had to return two hours later. I only had one car choice, Kia Soul. The car was not very comfortable to drive

Everytime I go to this Galveston location there is a wait. It takes the associate at least 20-30 min to get me checked in. They answer outside calls and stop helping me to help a phone customer. All the while, there are other associates just sitting around. Then, when I have reserved a car 3 weeks ago, they tell me I have to wait while they do a "safety inspection". This is ridiculous and I will no longer use enterprise if I have a choice!!
