We did have issues with our last car we rented, it wouldn't start at work in the middle of the night. I had to wake the household. I called the office and Miranda Randel directed us on who to call. They picked the car up at work and brought me home. Issued me a new car, then gave me a coupon in which I used for this rental. That said a lot.
