Great service No microwaves in rooms . I thought that was crazy. Upper scale hotel with no microwaves

I was a little disappointed with this stay compared to our last one. It wasn't as clean as before and every trash can in the lobby area and lobby bathroom were overflowing. The ceiling outside the hotel to the guest parking was dripping water the whole time. Also, bathtub had a very slow drain.
