Very pleasant experience. Comfortable bed. I did find language barrier with housekeeper but it worked out. Breakfast was great. All services were awesome!

Extremely pleased with the polite service by the staff.

Very nice atmosphere! The room and view was fantastic. The bar and grille seemed a little to crowded during breakfast. Our server was great but seemed a bit overwhelmed in trying so hard to attend to everyone in his station. The buffet was ok opted for a main plate. The Omni had an exceptional buffet. The difference long lines and presentation to buffet I would say similar to what you would expect at A restaurant. Missing the upscale touch. Presentation needed a personal touch and buffet options basic. Main plate odd combination.. Two eggs over easy yet gourmet seasoned fries with ketchup on the side about 6 pieces of bacon and texas toast cold. A grilled half of a tomato and 2 asparagus. Combination odd. Atmosphere loud and lots of banging and clanging of dishes, not a private elegant feel.
