Marriott properties are my preferred hotels. The Springhill Suites, Haynes Mall is a clean and modern hotel. I stay here every time I travel to Winston Salem.

Typical star at a Marriott. Check in staff was very friendly.

I wasn't too happy that my room wasn't available when I did mobile check in. Ozzie did a good job taking care of me and getting the room ready. But two hours after the requested time wasn't good. Other than the Checkin the service was very good.

For a longer stay I wish they had better storage for clothing. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating
