Big O Tires

Put 70,000 mile tires on my vehicle and had the front alignment adjusted, new windshield wipers, and tire insurance.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My services were done quickly and communication about time and priced were excellent. My two year old daughter was with me and the staff were engaging with her and she enjoyed the coloring books available while waiting.

Good service friendly and pretty quick

Good honest work can't be replaced. I was told by another company that I had a tire that could not be repaired. So, I came to Big O to have them look. They could have sold me tires, but looked at it and repaired it and then didn't charge me for the service. When the tires are due, I will be back to this location.

Alignment was completed but steering was still off 10 to 15 degrees to the left. Returned after having new tires installed and asked if they would take another look. Technician corrected the issue and road tested with me to confirm. I was satisfied with the result and would recommend Larry at this establishment for alignments.

I have taught 3 teenagers how to drive in 6 months. My car was riding really rough, so I figured shocks and or the CV joints were bad at least! They got my car back to me and she only needed an alignment with balance and rotation👌🏻 it’s a big deal for a single parent to be able to keep going. And that’s what they did😊
