My only complaint would be the kids who were loud in the hallway at 6am. The staff was so friendly and professional. Loved our room and view. We will definitely be staying here the next visit to Birmingham.

The Westin is a beautiful hotel! The only bad thing I could say about it is that it is so big I kept getting lost, but I think that was more my fault. LOL
