The location was clean and convenient. Interactions with personnel were inconsistent-sometimes good and sometimes deplorable.

Front desk personnel was rude to us, asked us to tip someone that didn't even help us, was unwilling to try to resolve our issue of not having transportation back to the airport, making so difficult to even ask for a cab. Never staying there again.
