Marriott is consistent with their service, when I was checking in the front desk representative told me that I did not have two rooms reserved and I should pay a closer attention next time. I wasn't quite sure why she choose to talk like that, after all she should understand marriott does not train anyone to represent them like that as well as it is not marriott way. Please have someone work on her training. Thank you.
