The Big O in Kearney is so well trusted by myself that I feel comfortable sending my wife or college age daughter to go get tires by themselves, and know that they will be taken care off professionally. Very trustworthy team.

Fast and easy

Average service; made an appointment online, but it wasn't in their computer. I had to wait about 2 1/2 hours. They need vending machines, because all that's available are coffee and water. Really small waiting area.

The guys were very friendly. They were knowledgeable and helpful and not condescending to this old lady! 🤣 They showed me how to determine the status of my tires and gave me options for purchasing new tires. I would absolutely recommend this Big O Tires location! They were really outstanding and took their time in explaining information about my tires to me. The service time was also very short. Thanks for a great experience!
