in town for a wedding. the hotel needs to address the small repairs needed, i.e in my room 818 the ceiling has a crack from a water leak. the toilet seat has small cracks. other than those small things the room and hotel was very nice.

Nice facilities, great food... Service staff left something to be desired... Also, do you not have a fright elevator? Tieing up the elevators for moving chairs while people need them to go to meetings is not fair.
