got a fridge - thanks for that- but it smelled horrible- like rotting meat. a hotel of this calibre should provide room fridges.

I had an issue on my first night with the septic system. A foul order caused the bathroom to smell awful. I reported to the hotel staff at 240 am and they offered to move me to another, but it was too early in the am.

Our opinion of the staff was mixed. There was one gentleman at the front desk who was very professional and helpful but there were other girls who it seemed needed some more training. The shuttle drivers were fabulous. The hotel itself was ok, our room needed some work. The ceiling and wall near the entrance had water damage, the sheers and black out curtains are in need of replacement , the bathroom sink was clogged and the commode was very creaky.
